Trading coughing for hiccups

I had plenty of coughing before the treatment started.  It was mostly in the night while trying to sleep and typically started when I moved around trying to get comfortable.  Of course, now I have almost constant hiccups that after a while begin to hurt the chest.

The good news is that I’ve reduced my pain medicine (for my head aches).  I’m not sure yet if this is because of other meds that are going into me or the pain is really lessoning.  Only time will tell.

I’m told that the 5FU poison is causing the hiccups, so I’m looking forward to those going away after that stops on Sunday.

Hi there you GA cuz. I used to be against all of this electronic stuff, but it has turned out to be pretty cool, efficient and useful. How is that coming from an ole timer? Just wanted to let you know that you are in our prayers, prayer list at our home church, and in our thoughts. ALL OF YOU! Laurie you too, you need just as much prayer, and you also need to rest, so that you can continue to look after our GA cuz. We will continue to keep up, via, phone, e/mail or blog, but should there be anything that you would like for or need for us to do, just give us a ring. Here’s hoping that your CHRISTMAS will be merry and that the NEW YEAR will be HAPPY!!

Thanks for the long distance well wishes…

I’m sure that eventually you will find even more appreciation for all the electronic stuff. This way we can keep everyone informed in an efficient way.

I know that I have prayers going out for me and Laurie and Zoe all over the southeast and I’m eternally grateful for that. We love all of you!

You too have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year over in our easterly neighboring state. Don’t eat too much and let everyone know that I’m thinking of them.
